Standard RMM tools and PSA software is great for fixing software, but they can't help you if a remote employee’s laptop physically breaks or if a new hire needs a computer shipped to them in another country. While an RMM handles the "digital" health of a device, you may still need a logistics-focused partner to handle the "physical" side—procuring, shipping, and retrieving hardware across a global workforce.
