How do you study when you are hurt?

Hi everybody, I just want to say something in this forum because i can't tell this to someone who i know, I fell off from my bike yesterday and now my right hand is in a heavy cast. I am in so much pain and I cannot even hold a pen to write down my notes. My big certification exam is next week and I feel like crying because I cannot type on my laptop at all. The medicine makes me really sleepy too. I felt so helpless today that I seriously thought about getting PMP exam help just to get this over with. Do you guys think I should reschedule or try to push through?
