Unsure About Diagnosis

I suspect my 9 year old son has dyslexia. I have read about the signs and he has it. Is there any point in tutoring before a diagnosis is made?

If there are clear signs of dyslexia, testing should definitely be done. If he is having trouble reading, a tutor will definitely help, I was in the same situation and found a specialist on this website. My child started to study on a special program and now reads and writes without much difficulty, much better than it was before. So there is definitely a sense in a tutor.
